Return Policy

 

All sales are final. Orders CAN NOT be cancelled after being placed.

 

If you’ve received an item that is damaged or defective during transit, please email us within 5 business days of delivery date, at info@simplyinspireddesignco.com for return instructions. Please include  on the subject line Damaged Claim. Please take a picture of the item and the shipping box so that we are able to file a claim, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will ship out a replacement item, if available. If not available, a shop credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item.
