Can I cancel or get a refund on my order?
Unfortunately, we do not cancel orders, once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
We do not except returns or do refunds. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly.
What should I do If my order is damaged?
You must notify us within 5 days from delivery of item that it has been damaged.
Please take photos of the damage products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in.
Again contact us within 5 days from delivery time email@example.com and attach the photos and include your order info, we will then file a damage claim with the Delivery service and work on getting you a new sign made.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final;returns, refunds, and exchanges are not provided. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery.
My item is missing, is it lost, stolen or arriving later than expected?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delay issues.
Once your package leaves our Studio, it is in the hands of the delivery carrier and out of our control on delivery times. (FEDEX, UPS or USPS). Please keep the tracking info that you received via email when shipping label was created for your reference and to check for updates on your order status..
Please note that there is US nation wide shipping delays which is out of our control.
