Paper Prints : Production time is currently about 7-10 business days for Art Prints. During the holiday season, allow for shipping delays and additional holiday order volume.
Framed Canvas: Our turn around time varies - ship within 2-4 weeks. We try to ship sooner if at all possible. If you're ordering during the holiday season or a sale, please allow extra time for shipping. If you are ordering a Custom Sign it may take longer depending on the process of approval of the design.
Our Framed Canvas is made to order and we work very hard to ensure that we meet excellent quality standards!
Wood Cut Outs: are made to order in our studio and approximate turn around time is 7-14 Business days. If you need your order by a certain day, please contact us so we can discuss and we will do our best to get it to you if possible.
Tees & Sweatshirts: are made to order in our studio and does take additional time to process. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for us to process the order before it is shipped. During the holidays it could be a few days longer.
Framed Canvas: orders $1 - $124.99, shipping is $12.95. For orders $125 - $174.99, shipping is $15.95. For orders $175 and above, shipping is free.
Fine Art Paper Prints: Shipping Flat Rate $7.95 - Orders $175.00 and above, shipping is FREE.
Apparel: Shipping Flat Rate $8.95 - For Orders $175.00 and above, shipping is FREE.
*During the holiday season, you can expect some shipping delays as we have additional heavy holiday order volume. Please be patient with us as we are working as quickly as possible to get your orders out as soon as we can.
We will need a physical delivery address (not a P.O Box)
If ordering multiple signs they may be shipped separately.
Once your shipment is ready, you will receive an email notification (check spam folder) with tracking information from either FedEx, USPS or UPS.
Please note: once your order leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. At that point, we no longer have control over your order. Please be aware of country-wide shipping delays and plan accordingly! During the Holidays as well expect delays.
**Please keep in mind our Shop policy is NO CANCELATIONS, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.**
Though rare, damage during shipping does occur. If you receive a damaged package, please contact [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. Pictures of the damaged product and packaging will be required as we will need this to submit a damage claim.
